Stitch by Stitch: Beginner Embroidery & Sewing Workshop (4-Week Class)

Patches, keychains, hair bows, bookmarks, hoop art... if you’ve been saving embroidery ideas on Pinterest, this is your sign to finally make them!

In this four-week evening workshop, you’ll learn the stitches and skills to bring your ideas to life by hand. No experience needed. Never threaded a needle? Perfect, we’ll start there.

You’ll learn:

• Essential embroidery stitches and when to use them
• How to prep fabric and transfer a pattern
• Beading and decorative embellishments
• How to finish your pieces so they last a lifetime
• How to design and personalize your own projects

What you can make: patches, hoops, framed embroidery, pendants, keychains, hair bows, bookmarks, or anything else you’re dreaming up! Each week builds on the last, and in the final session you’ll create an original piece of your choice.

Make it a Galentine’s thing! Grab a friend and spend your February Tuesday nights stitching together, or make handmade gifts for the people you love.

The price covers all four sessions.

Materials: Bring your own supplies, or add our beginner embroidery kit: 12 sheets of premium felt, a needle, a hoop, and 10 colors of embroidery thread. It has everything you need to practice, experiment with color, and make your final piece.
