Meet Our Artists! 

Teresa (TM) Pruitt Shaver

Teresa has been teaching both kids and adult classes at Vino & Van Gogh for 6 years, and in 2023, she stepped into the role of owner and operator of our studio! A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Teresa (TM) Pruitt graduated from the University of Georgia with a BFA in drawing and painting. After graduation, she moved back to Greenville with her husband, Ben. See TM's work on her website www.tmpruittart.com, and check her out on instagram at @tmpruitt.art


Suanne Hall

Suanne Hall grew up in Greenville and art has been part of her whole life!  She enjoys painting in all different mediums, especially watercolors. Suanne has been teaching both kids and adult classes at Vino & Van Gogh since 2013 and served as owner from 2018-2023.  Follow Suanne on Instagram @suannehallart.

 

Abby Rivers
 

Abby attended the Fine Arts Center and graduated from Mauldin High School last May.  She will study art this fall at the University of South Carolina.  Abby loves working with all medias, including painting, ceramics, metals, and fibers.  More of her portfolio can be seen at ariver1374.wixsite.com/abbysart

  

 Adelle Pruitt

Born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, Adelle Pruitt attended the Fine Arts Center for visual arts. She currently studies Drawing and painting at Winthrop University and plays for their women's soccer team.  Adelle stays busy creating personal work as well as accepting commissions. We love when she is back in Greenville from school to teach with us!  Follow Adelle @adellepruitt.art

 

Betsy Carpenter

Betsy Carpenter studied at East Tennessee State University and is a Certified Bob Ross Instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience!  Betsy strives to teach the proper technique to achieve the results that Bob did in his wet-on-wet oil paintings.

Betsy’s certifications include:  CRI® (certified to teach Ross Landscape Method), CRFI® (certified to teach Ross Floral Method) and CRWI® (certified to teach Ross Wildlife Method)

 

Christie Campbell
Christie is a local artist who graduated from Georgia State University with a BFA in Art Ed and completed grad work in Special Ed at Furman University.  She is passionate about horses and dogs who are her favorite subjects in acrylic paintings.
Allyson Goldstein
Allyson Goldstein is a local artist creating fun, colorful, and exciting work! Her classes are always so much fun to attend, and she is accepting commissions! See more of her art here!
Collin Muldoon

Collin Muldoon was formally trained at the South Carolina Governors School for Arts & Humanities in Visual Arts and holds a Bachelor's in Art Therapy from Converse College (now Converse University), as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of South Carolina Upstate. She has paintings in the collections of several private collectors and continues to complete painting commissions - her favorite subjects are portraits of pets, people, and animals!

 

Jessica Reynolds

Jessica Reynolds is an artist living in the Greenville, SC area. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art from Clemson University and a Masters of Fine Arts in Art and Design from Winthrop University. Lucy Pressly

Lucy is a Greenville native and former Fine Arts Center student.  She received her BFA in painting at USC in Columbia.  One of her favorite things to paint is the Greenville Liberty Bridge, and we love that she shares her talent with us!  Come take one of her classes, and you may view more of Lucy's artwork on Instagram @lucy_sundaystudio or in our studio for purchase.  

 

 

 Maggie Holmes

Maggie Holmes is an artist from Baton Rouge, LA, now residing in Greenville, SC. She received a B.A. in  Studio Art from the University of Georgia, with a semester studying abroad at Florence University of the Arts and a summer in LDSOA’s Costa Rica Art Program. Maggie spent time pursuing artistic endeavors back in her hometown, New York City and Atlanta before relocating to Greenville, SC in 2016 with her husband and two girls. Her art is comprised of acrylic paintings, distinguished by palette knife textures and influenced by her travels, love of photography, people and nature.  You can follow Maggie on Instagram @maggiegracecdesign.

Mollye Spitler

Mollye's handmade clay pieces are available for purchase in our gallery and she occasionally does a clay class with us!  Her unique pieces are made from the texture of her grandmother's lace. Meg Groat

Meg is a local artist who shares her talent with us doing classes and displaying her art in our gallery.  You can purchase her beautiful pieces at our studio and see more of her work online.

 

Meghan Verret

Meghan is from small Lacassine, Louisiana and moved to Pelzer, South Carolina in 2018.  She specializes in graphite portraits of people, and acrylic paintings of animals, both of which she does on commission per request.
