At V&VG, we offer so much more than paint, or paint and sip events — we’re all about creativity in every form! Along with our popular painting parties, we’re thrilled to offer a wide range of activities, including (but not limited to)

Please note:
Special parties (such as tie-dye, ceramics, alcohol ink, or any custom events) must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance to allow for planning and preparation.

*All parties ages 8 plus unless otherwise stated! *Alcohol Ink, Beading, Mosaics, and Drawing are ages 16 and up

Pricing:
The cost varies depending on the type of party and is charged per artist. We’ll provide exact pricing when you contact us with your party details.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date. (The deposit covers the cost of three participants and will be applied to your final total. Deposit amount depends on the class type.)

Private Party Minimum:
We require a minimum of 8 artists to host a private party.
You are welcome to have fewer than 8 attendees, but you will still be responsible for covering the 8-person minimum.

What’s Included:
The price includes all art materials and guidance from one of our talented artists.  These parties are flexible and creative—there’s no set example or picture to follow (unless you want one!) , and one of our professional artists will facilitate your event, introduce you to the mediums, materials, and methods, and offer as much or as little guidance as you’d like. Groups are welcome to bring their own food, beverages, and decor to enjoy during the party.

Payment Options:
If your guests will be paying individually, please let us know when you complete the contact form. We can create a private online payment link to simplify pre-payment and speed up check-in. (Pre-payment is required for individual payments.)

Parties Off-Site: Have an extra large group, or just want us to bring the party to you?! Parties at a location outside of the Vino & Van Gogh studio require an additional $100 "travel fee." We reserve the right to add an additional $50 fee to any location more than 30 minutes driving distance from our studio, or for any party with over 24 guests expected. (note: Not all parties are available for our offsite option)
