Refund policy

Refund Policy:

Tuition for classes may be refunded with a cancellation for up to 24 hours after your purchase. After that time, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund, but you may be eligible for a credit to attend another class within one year of the original purchase. Credits are given as long as you cancel 48 hours before a class. 

Children's camps, all workshops, classes longer than 2 hours, and gift cards cannot be refunded.

Summer camps are nonrefundable but are transferable to another camp in the same summer as long as your initial reservation is cancelled a week or more before the camp's start date.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. It usually takes between five and seven business days for refunds to post to bank accounts.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
