Ready to explore the world of pen, ink, and watercolor?

Join us for a four-week sketchbook workshop in downtown Greenville, where you’ll learn the art of sketching from life. Together we’ll capture florals, architecture, streetscapes, everyday objects, and more using pen, ink, and watercolor. Each week focuses on techniques that help you create expressive sketches full of depth, character, and confidence.

You’ll learn how to use line weight, shading, hatching, perspective, and loose watercolor washes to bring your drawings to life. From quick floral studies to charming street scenes, we’ll look at how artists use pen and ink to simplify complex subjects and tell visual stories on the page.

We’ll start with the fundamentals and build your skills each week, so this class is perfect for beginners. All materials will be introduced during the first class, so there’s no need to buy supplies in advance.

Whether you’re drawn to travel sketching, nature journaling, illustration, or simply want to learn a new medium, this workshop will help you build a sketchbook habit and discover your own style.

March 2, 9, 16, and 23 from 6-8
