Mary Katherine Wyeth, of Prep Confections, will walk you through the process from start to finish, including whipping the egg whites for the meringue, folding in the almond flour, piping them out, and filling them. You will also have the opportunity to paint your macarons when they are finished with an edible homemade paint. ... and to eat them of course!
