Join us for a one day session of art and yoga exploration for kids ages 3-5 years old. 

Partner with your child as we explore simple animated poses, yoga-based games, and breathing exercises that help to strengthen coordination and build body awareness.

We combine creative play, art, music, and books with the asana to introduce you and your child to the world of yoga in a fun and play-full way. This class provides opportunities for bonding with your child, while strengthening their growing muscles.
