The Basics of Acrylic Painting (A 4 week Workshop!) - AT NIGHT!

Join us for a four week, semi-private course exploring the basics of acrylic painting! We will learn about all things acrylic - brushes, paint, color theory, paint application and so much more.  This class is designed to give you all the "tools" you need in your artist's toolbox to paint in acrylics! In this class we will work with mainly primary color paints, but you are welcome to bring in other paints you may have experience with.

Acrylic painting is a valuable skill no matter what area of art you focus in - it can be as slow or quick of a process as you want, and you can paint on almost any surface your heart desires!! If you already paint but want to hone in your skills, become faster and more accurate, and learn new techniques of mixing and applying paint - this class is for you!

 We will meet every Tuesday from 6pm-8pm for four weeks. The dates are below, and the price covers all four weeks. 

September 3, 10, 17, and 24

We ask that you provide your own materials for this class - I will send you a list of suggested materials after you sign up. This way, you have everything you need to keep practicing and playing on your own between group meetings.
