We are so excited to be a part of 2012 Artisphere here in Greenville, South Carolina. Artisphere is a three day event that features national artists selling their wares, preforming arts, and live artist demonstrations. We will be demonstrating a condensed version of a V&VG painting class (in one hour instead of two!) on a smaller canvas (12 x 12 instead of our usual 16 x 20.) At the end of our demonstrations, participants will leave with their own version of our painting. The cost for all of these classes is $25.00. This cost covers all painting materials, instruction, and a fun little surprise.
Check out our interview with WYFF here in Greenville for more insight into what we will be doing.
All of the classes will be taught from the Broad Street Culinary Arts Cafe Stage. We are tucked in with the food and beverage vendors- so you can pop over and pick up a glass of wine or a nibble while you paint.
The adult class we will be leading is on Saturday, May 12th from 11am-Noon. We will be painting a funky version of Greenville's Liberty Bridge. To join the class sign up HERE
Later on Saturday the 12th from 4-5pm, fabulous teacher, Erika DeRoberts will be leading kids in a
Mini Picasso Kandinski Circle Painting Class - Sign up for it HERE
And our final paint class - A Mini Picasso Sparkle Fish Painting - will be on Sunday the 13th from 3-4pm. Sign up HERE
Again, we are so looking forward to being a part of this amazing event. We hope you can make it down to Artisphere this weekend- if you have a spare hour, we would love for you to join us for a paint class!
