I am so excited to be hosting Local Greenville South Carolina Artist, Carey Hudson in the studio for a palette knife class on Sunday, April 27th from 2:00-4:00 pm.

The $85.00 class cost includes a 18 x 24 inch canvas with deep sides measuring 1 3/8 inches.
Carey will talk about palette knife work and you will have the chance to experiment with the tool to make a very interesting, textured painting.
Carey will also discuss how artists build up the canvas, by starting with a bright ground (see the pink peeping out from under the canvas?) and then building up layers of paint to make the final painting.
